Unveiling of Pupin Bust on May 21, 2004 at Columbia University

In celebration of Michael Pupin's 150th birthday - the great Serbian-American, teacher, scholar and inventor, Columbia Univerisity will be unveiling the Pupin Bust on May 21, 2004 at 3pm in Pupin Hall, Columbia University, New York.  The bust is the work of the world famous sculptor Ivan Mestrovic.  Inscription on the bust reads: "To my friend Pupin from Mestrovic".

Followed by light refreshments

5th Floor Lobby of Pupin Laboratory

4pm - Showing of the film "From Immigrant to Inventor" about the life and times of Michael I. Pupin.
