Foundation of the Nikola Tesla Institution in Belgrade, Yugoslavia (March 2, 1936)

In honoring Nikola Tesla's 80th birthday, the Nikola Tesla Institute in Belgrade was founded on March 2, 1936.  Here is a letter from the Society for the Erection of the Nikola Tesla Institute to the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, New York.  The letter was signed by the Secretary of the Society, Engineer Slavko Boksan and the Chairman  Engineer Dusan Milosavljevic.  Engineer Boksan was the most knowledgeable expert on Tesla and writer of an acclaimed book about Tesla's scientific achievements.
