Hotel New Yorker in Manhattan pays
tribute to Nikola Tesla
Above: Hotel New Yorkers in Manhattan is one of the biggest and most
beautiful hotels in the world. Located at the intersection of 34th
Street and 8th Avenue. Built in 1930.
Tesla died on January 7th, 1943 in the
Hotel New Yorker, where he had lived for the last ten years of his life
(1933 -1943).
Room 3327 on the 33rd floor is the two-room suites he occupied.

Many famous people visited and lived in Hotel New Yorker, among them are
Edward Hoover, Muhammad Ali, John Kennedy and others.

the White Lion from Vladimir Hurban, Minster from Czechoslovakia at the
luncheon at the Grand Ballroom, Hotel New Yorker. Many Radio and
electronic industry in Czechoslovakia bears Tesla's name. Tesla
study philosophy at the University of Prague, he was good friends with
Anthony Dvorsak, famous Czech composer who lived in New York City from
1892-1896. |
